Sangdo Lee is a partner at ClassHankyul, specializing in all facets of labor law, including both individual and collective labor relations. His practice addresses critical labor issues such as unfair discipline and dismissal (including recruitment misconduct), regular wages, the wage peak system, performance bonus calculations, and employment obligations under the Act on the Protection of Part-Time and Short-Term Workers and the Act on the Protection of Dispatched Workers.
Mr. Lee also handles cases related to workplace bullying and sexual harassment, non-compete agreements involving trade secret infringements, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and the Serious Accident Punishment Act.
