Introduction

It is in the mutual interest of employers and labor unions to establish win-win labor relations with common goals. ClassHankyul provides legal advice and litigation services related to collective labor relations laws, such as lawful collective bargaining and labor disputes, to help companies and labor unions form mutually beneficial labor relations.

On the other hand, with the emergence of multiple unions and the increasing size and complexity of unions, intra-union conflicts and disputes are also becoming more common, and our Labor Team, which has extensive experience in advising unions, also represents and advises unions in cases involving intra-union elections and discipline.
