Ghihun Shin

Overview

Ghihun Shin, a partner of ClassHankyul, was in overall charge of various public contract disputes and state lawsuits while serving as the Legal Affairs Officer of the Blue House and the Head of the Litigation Department of the Ministry of National Defense. He served as a member of the Contract Deliberation Committee of the Ministry of National Defense, the Chief Commissioner of the Appeals Committee of the Ministry of National Defense, a member of the National Reparation Deliberation Committee of the Ministry of National Defense, and a member of the Administrative Appeal Committee of the Ministry of National Defense. Currently, he is conducting various activities as a member of the Personal Information Data Combination Review Committee of the National Library of Korea, a member of the Personal Information Data Combination Review Committee of Korea Employment Information Service, a member of the Personal Information Review Committee of LG CNS, and a member of the Disciplinary Review Committee of Korea National Defense University. Based on the above experience, he has published a number of articles related to public procurement contracts and state contracts in Law Times, etc.

- Conducted litigation on the part of the Ministry of National Defense in the lawsuit claiming disclosure of information on the Cheonan Ship
