Kyungwoo Lee is a Managing Partner at ClassHankyul, with a practice that encompasses labor law, insurance, trade secret protection, unfair competition, damages, and general civil matters.
Mr. Lee has a particular expertise in labor issues, including human resources and labor relations. He founded the Labor Issues Research Institute 30 years ago and has served as a public interest member on both the Central Labor Committee and the Labor-Management-Government Committee. Currently, he serves as an advisory lawyer to the Ministry of Employment and Labor and as a mediator at the Seoul Central District Court.
