Ms. Jaehyun Han is an attorney at ClassHankyul. Ms. Han is primarily in charge of advisory and litigation services involving corporate legal affairs such as M&As, capital markets, corporate finance, and compliance in addition to health care related matters. Ms. Han conducted research at the Institute of NanoBioTechnology(INBT) for 3 years during attending time at the Materials Science & Engineering (MSE) Department of the US Johns Hopkins University, and after acquiring a Master in Law from Ajou University Law School, Ms. Han passed the 11th Attorney Bar Exam and is currently an attorney at ClassHankyul.
