ClassHankyul advises financial investment companies, including securities companies, asset management companies, and trust companies, on various legal matters related to the establishment, operation, and compliance of collective investment vehicles. We have been involved in the establishment, registration and operation of private collective investment vehicles, and have successfully established several corporate financial stability PEFs and investment vehicles, including a $1 trillion corporate financial stability PEF funded by six commercial banks, so that we have a strong presence in these markets.
