Mira Sun, a foreign legal consultant and an advisor, is primarily in charge of overseas expansion of domestic companies and domestic expansion of foreign companies, M&A, international license agreements, intellectual property right disputes, advice and consulting on international litigation, etc.
Mira Sun won international litigation in the United States and Europe on behalf of the Korean government and public institutions, gave lectures on international license agreements for several years at Thomson & Thomson (formerly LAWnB), and gave lectures on supply chain due diligence in connection with compliance by companies that entered EU countries.
