Eui-seok Jung is an attorney at ClassHankyul, Mr. Jung handle a wide range of administrative (including public procurement, licensing, environmental, and tax), civil, and criminal litigation matters. I have particular expertise in public law contract disputes such as state contracts, administrative procedures and regulatory compliance, as well as administrative appeals and litigation.
My experience includes serving as a judicial researcher (administrative and civil) at the Seoul High Court, working at Kim & Chang, and acting as a full-time public defender, through which I have gained extensive hands-on litigation experience. I have also advised various government and public institutions, including contract review committees, tax authorities, and other public-sector bodies.
I hold a Ph.D. in Administrative Law from Seoul National University School of Law and have taught legal drafting and environmental law at Sogang University Law School, Dankook University, and other institutions. Through my involvement with the Administrative Law Theory and Practice Association and various academic journals, I have published numerous articles and authored books in the fields of public procurement and administrative law, combining both theoretical depth and practical expertise.
