Policies and Regulations, Administrative Procedures, and Government Relations

Introduction

For individuals and companies alike, most seek to generate business opportunities and profits through beneficial administrative injunctions, such as permits/licenses granted by administrative agencies. The ClassHankyul GR team functions as a bridge between clients and administrative agencies, to shape their relationship in a more reasonable manner and to achieve the client-desired results.

In order to encourage administrative agencies to be more proactive, it is of foremost importance that individuals and companies pre-emptively propose business directions and policies to administrative agencies and promptly put them in effect. The ClassHankyul GR team provides advice on proposing and implementing policies related to clients’ needs. To this end, lawyers and advisors with expertise gained from years of work experience at the National Tax Service, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the Board of Audit and Inspection (“BAI”), and the Korea Communications Commission have been recruited to join the ClassHankyul GR team, and provide government relations services to clients.
