While working for the Fair Trade Commission after working at the Board of Audit and Inspection, Youngdong Park gained extensive practical experience in investigating and adjudicating violations of fair trade, including the Fair Trade Act, the Subcontracting Act, the Franchise Business Act, and the Labeling and Advertising Act, as well as reviewing M&A.
