Overview

Sooyeon Shin, as the CEO of a listed company, the Head of the Restructuring Division of one of the top 30 group companies, and the CEO of Corporate Restructuring Strategy (CRS) Consulting Company, led management normalization of several insolvent companies, and was appointed by the courts as a third party statutory manager (4 times), an auditor (6 times), and a CRO (16 times) and smoothly conducted responsible management and rehabilitation works for companies under legal supervision. Over the past 36 years, he has successfully conducted about 190 cases related to corporate restructuring, workout, statutory management (corporate reorganization/rehabilitation procedures), M&A, and other corporate rehabilitation activities.
