Overview
As a member of the International Legal Department of the Ministry of Justice, Attorney Min worked on multiple international investor-state disputes (ISD) that were filed by US private equity funds, Swiss elevator companies, US real estate agencies, etc., and gave advice to Korean companies expanding overseas. After joining the ClassHankyul, Attorney Min has been responsible for corporate legal affairs and construction/real estate matters with a focus on M&As, international transactions/investment, rehabilitations, fair trade, etc.
