Overview

Beomseok Cho is a Partner at ClassHankyul, overseeing a broad range of corporate, financial, and investment matters. His primary focus includes corporate advisory and litigation, M&A, PE investments, restructuring, NPL investments, asset securitization, and the establishment of PEFs.
Beomseok Cho served as a director of the Seoul Bar Association and as a policy advisor to the Korea Coast Guard, and has provided advisory services to various government bodies, public institutions, and corporations.
