After passing the 44th Bar Exam in 2002, Yeunjoo Lee handled civil, commercial, and criminal litigation in addition to real estate and solar power financing, and currently handles corporate consulting and civil litigation matters.
Beginning with consultations on Korean IPOs for Japanese companies in 2010, Attorney Lee has consulted on Korea-Japan M&As, merger agreements, debt recovery, dispute resolution, administrative regulations, and corporate compliance for mainly Japanese companies and Japan-based Korean companies for roughly 15 years, and also provides consultations on Japanese laws and practices to Korean companies entering the Japanese market through connections with Japanese law firms and experts in Japan. Attorney Lee also handles various civil litigation matters for domestic small and mid-sized companies.
