Overview
Mr. Dongse Kang is a partner at ClassHankyul. Mr Kang was formerly a Patent Court Judge, Judiciary Researcher, Supreme Court(Intellectual Property Part), and Presiding Judge, and now represents leading domestic companies such as Samsung Electronics in cases involving patent law, trademark and design rights, copyright, trade secret infringement, etc., with a success rate of over 90%. Mr. Kang is widely known as one of the best domestic IP attorneys. In addition, Mr. Kang was formerly a university professor, lectured at various institutions, and has authored over 40 books and articles.
