Mr. Hyunbae Cho is an advisor at ClassHankyul. Mr. Cho worked as a superintendent or higher with the police department for 16 years, managing the organization and achieving outstanding results, leading to four highest public security awards (Gwacheonseo, Gyungnam Provincial Office, Busan Provincial Office, Cost Guard)
While working as the head of the Coast Guard, Mr. Cho boldly innovated the Coast Guard into a structure-oriented group, created and specialized the investigative process, and enacted the Coast Guard Act to make the Coast Guard into a legitimate state agency with organizational laws.
Commissioned as part of the 21st ROTC class and discharged as a second lieutenant, and active as a member of the ROTC Central Committee
