An Advisor to ClassHankyul who advises on national security, national defense, and military affairs.
Advisor Kim served in the Army for 34 years in a variety of units both in the front and the rear, and carried out civil-military joint defense operations. In particular, Ingeon Kim served as the head of the 51st Infantry Division in charge of the southwestern region of Gyeonggi province, was the head of the Army Training Center that serves as the starting point for soldiers, and was also the commander of the Army Mobilization Command, which is the endpoint for soldiers, and so is now a reserve officer that is more knowledgeable about the realities of the military than anyone else. Ingeon Kim was in charge of the personnel management system at the Ministry of National Defense’s Human Resources and Welfare Office and made great efforts to understand and amend the Military Personnel Act, and after discharge, consulted for the Urban Regeneration Safety Association, the Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation, and other associations and institutions.
