An advisor to the ClassHankyul that specializes in providing technical advice in the field of pharmaceutical health care and the health care industry overall.
Advisor Kim has 26 years of experience in the health care field, including helping to establish safety management systems and legal policies on the pharmaceutical and bio sectors, including drugs, medical devices, foods, and cosmetics, at the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Advisor Kim also served on the Health and Welfare Committee of the National Assembly, obtaining a variety of legislative and policy experience in the welfare, medical, health insurance, and pension sectors, and helped amend the Act on In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices and the Advanced Regenerative Medicine Act, thereby helping to advance both public health and the related industries by allowing for new diagnostic and treatment methods to be applied even more rapidly.
After public service, Advisor Kim has given lectures on new drug development theories, toxicology, the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, etc., and has engaged in health care research and education at Yonsei University.
