Overview
In addition to prosecuting standard criminal cases, Attorney Kwak has extensive prosecutorial experience with specialized and serious crimes such as the Blue House land fraud case, National Assembly Agriculture Act lobbying case, Seongsu bridge collapse case, and the Daegu subway collapse case.
After leaving the Prosecutor’s Office in 2004, Attorney Kwak entered private practice and established the Hanseung Law Firm, working as a representative attorney for 5 years, in addition to working as the chairman of the Awards and Punishment Committee of the Korea Professional Football League from 2008 to 2011 and the chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Korean Football Association.
