Overview

Understanding the law means grasping the perspectives of others. Through open and honest dialogue, we can foster diverse new ideas. These ideas often lead to more effective remedies and solutions. I firmly believe that where there are challenges, there are also answers.

Jinhan Kim, a partner at ClassHankyul, primarily handles constitutional litigation such as constitutional review cases and disputes over authority. He worked for 12 years as a constitutional researcher at the Constitutional Court. He has served as a full-time professor at Inha University Law School and as a visiting professor at Korea University Law School and Hanyang University Law School. He also contributes opinion columns to legal newspapers.
