Jinhan Kim, a partner at ClassHankyul, primarily handles constitutional litigation such as constitutional review cases and disputes over authority. He worked for 12 years as a constitutional researcher at the Constitutional Court. He has served as a full-time professor at Inha University Law School and as a visiting professor at Korea University Law School and Hanyang University Law School.
