Introduction
The ClassHankyul Election Law Center, established in 2017 to provide high-quality legal services to election candidates in South Korea, has built a track record of continuous success, starting with the 7th nationwide, simultaneous local election in 2018, followed by the 2019 nationwide, simultaneous election of the heads of cooperatives, the 21st National Assembly election in 2020, the nationwide, simultaneous local election in 2022, the 2023 nationwide, simultaneous election of the heads of cooperatives, and the 22nd National Assembly election in 2024.
The ClassHankyul Election Law Center comprises of attorneys knowledgeable in election-related laws, including the Public Official Election Act, the Political Funds Act and the Act on Elections Entrusted by Public Organizations, and with broad hands-on experience. The team is also composed of former full-time professors at the National Election Commission’s Election Training Institute, and expert committee members who have served as directors of the executive bureau of each Si/Gun/Gu’s election commission. We have also recruited a former chief officer of the National Election Commission’s Election Policy Office and a standing member of city/provincial election commissions as advisors to our team, to further strengthen our expertise.
